Return Policy

  • Upon the shipment being delivered, the customer has 30 days to request a return for a full refund. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment.

  • Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Julianne Bartolotta does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to a sale promotion.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.

  • If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Julianne Bartolotta reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Return Policy.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We are unable to offer price adjustments on any purchases.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges, so if you would like to exchange, we suggest that you request a return and complete a new order.

How to Make a Return

  1. To request a return label, simply email support@juliannebartolotta.com and someone will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

  2. Once you receive your shipping label, securely pack your item in the original box if possible, and include the Return Form (included in receipt envelope) in the package. The item being returned must be in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.

  3. Attach your shipping label to the outside of your box and drop off at your nearest Fedex location.

  4. Once the package has been received by our team, you will receive an email confirmation stating that your return is being processed. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to fully process.
